Honest One has always been incredibly reliable and consistent with their care for my cars over the years. They are incredibly thorough, I trust them with any and all needs for my cars. You can’t go wrong choosing them! They are the best! Their staff is always so professional and kind and I have always felt taken care of.

I had a great experience at Honest-1 Auto Care during my vehicle inspection. The entire process was smooth, professional, and very informative. Devan was extremely helpful throughout the visit — She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the condition of my vehicle without feeling pressured. It’s hard to find honest and trustworthy customer service these days, and Devan definitely delivered that experience. I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care if you’re looking for reliable service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.

These people are AMAZING! I'm a home health nurse and my car started overheating while I was in McKinney. I chose to take my car to them because of their Google reviews. They lived up to it! The waiting area is clean, inviting, and accommodating. They were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. They thoroughly looked over my car and gave me a report and the best options. I even called my usual mechanic to see what he thought and they both said the same thing. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop!

This was my third experience going to Honest 1 Auto Care. Once again it was a very great experience and I plan on coming back again. I was not disappointed once again. Each associate listen to me and the work was completed as communicated and in a timely manner. This team is great! Shout out to the entire team and staff, but a huge shout out to Devan. There customer service is “Really Honestly #1…” 👍 No regrets! 5+ STARS!

I was able to schedule and get a car in early for a presale inspection on a car I was thinking about buying. I had great service! Clean facility and great staff. I was able to see my car being inspected as well from the window in the lobby. Got a tangible report and emailed report on the things that needed attention, and they went over it with me too. Would definitely recommend.
